Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an account on 7kbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. 7kbet reserves the right to request documentary verification of any eligibility criterion at any point during your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You may hold only one account on 7kbet. Opening a second account, including after a prior account has been closed, is prohibited without express written permission from 7kbet.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from 7kbet or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that extends to 7kbet.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party when placing bets or conducting transactions on 7kbet.

7kbet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time determined by 7kbet. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of the request may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Account Security and Player Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7kbet account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes associated with your account. 7kbet will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep these credentials secure. You must notify 7kbet support immediately if you suspect that any third party has accessed your account without your authorisation.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members or friends. 7kbet accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any activity conducted using your login credentials is your responsibility, irrespective of whether you personally authorised that activity. If you use a shared device, you must log out of your 7kbet account after each session.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

7kbet processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 7kbet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal screens within your account. These limits may be adjusted based on account verification status.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control and cannot be waived.
• Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be placed on hold until verification is complete. 7kbet is not liable for delays caused by the player's failure to submit required verification documents in a timely manner.
• 7kbet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the 7kbet account. Any deposit made from a payment source not matching the account holder's name may be reversed.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. For verified accounts using standard mobile wallet channels, withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. 7kbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or regulatory holds.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

7kbet offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period and cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiple is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only certain games may contribute toward meeting a wagering requirement. Games that do not contribute, or that contribute at a reduced rate, will be listed in the relevant promotion's terms. In general, live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• 7kbet reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including by opening multiple accounts, placing hedge bets, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. They may only be converted to withdrawable funds by satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.

7kbet may withdraw, suspend, or modify any promotion at any time with or without prior notice, provided that this does not unfairly affect players who have already opted in to and begun fulfilling the wagering requirement of a promotion in good faith.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets and casino game sessions conducted on 7kbet. Specific rules for individual sports markets, game types, or live dealer products may supplement these general rules and are accessible from within the relevant section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 7kbet does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred in the display of odds or game data, as determined solely by 7kbet.
• Odds displayed on the 7kbet platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play odds are updated in real time and the player accepts the risk of price movement during the confirmation process.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after betting markets have opened, 7kbet's void and settlement rules for that market type will apply. Where the event is rescheduled and takes place within 24 hours of the original start time, bets will stand unless otherwise stated in the market rules.
• Casino game results, including live dealer game outcomes, are determined by the certified RNG systems of the game provider or by real-time live dealer dealing. 7kbet does not interfere with game outcomes. In the event of a technical error during a live casino game session, the rules of the game provider govern settlement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 7kbet. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform. 7kbet reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotional mechanics, or interact with the platform in any way not permitted by these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using 7kbet as a conduit for moving funds unrelated to genuine betting and gaming activity.
• Opening duplicate accounts, including accounts in another person's name, for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses or circumventing any account restriction or exclusion.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in live casino games or match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7kbet support staff, other players, or live dealer personnel through any communication channel on or off the platform.

7kbet investigates all suspected cases of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the affected account may be suspended and access to funds withheld pending the outcome. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 7kbet will close the account, void all associated balances, and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

Account Suspension and Termination

7kbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasonable cause includes, but is not limited to: suspected or confirmed prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, breach of any provision of these Terms, or where continued operation of the account would expose 7kbet to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

A player may voluntarily close their 7kbet account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is confirmed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard KYC and AML checks. Following account closure, the player's personal data will be retained for the period required by applicable law and then securely deleted in accordance with 7kbet's Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7kbet's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 7kbet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 7kbet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, howsoever caused.

7kbet is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, civil disturbance, or the failure of any third-party payment processor or game provider.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

7kbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Players are encouraged to use the self-exclusion, deposit limit, and session management tools available in their account settings. If at any time you feel that your gambling is causing financial, emotional, or personal harm to yourself or others, you must use the self-exclusion feature or contact 7kbet support to request an immediate account suspension. 7kbet will process all self-exclusion requests promptly and without question.

Amendments to These Terms

7kbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 7kbet will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes are particularly significant, 7kbet may also notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at the time the updated Terms are published.

Your continued use of 7kbet following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. 7kbet recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
